"The autonomy and freedom to deal with challenges at work is one of the key motivating factors for me"
I joined Wood Mackenzie in 2007 as a Data Analyst for the Upstream Research Team in Singapore after working in the public sector for a good number of years. I graduated with a Social Science degree in one of the local universities, majoring in Statistics and Social Work. The supporting role which I play at Wood Mackenzie is to ensure that the quality and integrity of our upstream database meets the expectations of our major stakeholders and clients.
The autonomy and freedom to deal with challenges at work is one of the key motivating factors for me. I appreciate the fact that my ideas and views are always respected and valued by my peers and managers.
Besides providing an environment to grow my skills and learn from others, Wood Mackenzie promotes an equally supportive work-life balance culture which allows me to grow my personal life while remaining productive in my career.
