Wood Mackenzie is an exciting, challenging and rewarding place to work. I joined Wood Mackenzie late 2007. Prior joining the company, I worked for BP; I was part of the North Africa communication and external affairs team.

Since joining, I have been impressed by the amount of training I've received and how the company is keen to share knowledge and expertise. It's great to be able to drive your business with your ideas. There are many opportunities here to be entrepreneurial: to have a great idea, get support for it and then be given the latitude, autonomy and flexibility to get the job done.

You are empowered to do your job, and the cross-group collaboration is just great. You'll never do your job on your own; it's a team effort. I enjoy working at Wood Mackenzie because of the people. That includes external partners and clients, as well as colleagues. With clients, it's inspiring to find creative ways to accomplish their objectives and further grow their businesses. Internally, when you work with such smart, creative people, who bring different skills and experiences to the table, you constantly challenge yourself and those around you.
